CREATIVITY & HEALTH

Employees who work in a creative workplace experience less stress and better health. Farida Rasulzadas thesis (2007), Department of Psychology at Lund university, confirms that creativity leads to better working environment, healthier staff and less stress.


CREATIVE LEADERSHIP (2,5 days)

We need a leadership which is in itself a creative model, which dares to take new initiatives and allows new ways of working. The goal of the training is that you get the structure and tools to become a better creative meeting leader. At the same time you will become aware of your strengths and weaknesses in your role as a meeting leader and you will develop your skills to effectively facilitate different meetings.


CREATIVE WORKSHOP ( 1 day)

We clarify the issue to be resolved and we agree on the objective which is the basis for the workshop. Participants will learn creative tools and a creative process to unlock creativity and use the tools both internally and externally.
