As a leader you learn to coach your direct reports, peers and managers to motivation and increased results. The course is focused on the traing of the core competencies of ICF International Coach Federation.
PEER COACHING & FEEDBACK FOR TEAMS
(1 day)
The team learns to coach one another with the help of different models and tools in order to be able to support one another better. This day is suitable for kick-offs or when the team members need to improve their communication skills.
LEADERS ON STAGE (2 days)
Leaders on Stage™ is addressed to those of you who want to become safer, more transparent and more credible as presenter at management level. The program - with inspiration from the scene of rhetoric – takes a holistic approach of the aspects that are critical for a successful presentation and makes you feel safe in your professional and leadership role, ensures that you have an intelligent script and that you know how to be inspiring and to succeed with your message.
CREATIVE LEADERSHIP (1—2 days)
Growth and innovation are key issues for many companies. You get a structure and tools to become a better creative meeting leader. The combination of creativity and leadership is the main theme for this training.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR LEADERS
(1 day)
We start from a behavioral analysis to better understand your own behavior and how others perceive you. You get a deeper understanding of yourself and it increases the comfort zone of your interactions with other people.
