WHAT IS ART THERAPY?
Art Therapy is a therapy form that integrates art, images and psychotherapy. You create images in search of knowledge about yourself and your situation. Art therapy is done both through the creative process and the reflecting communication when your personal expression and the contents will become clear.

AIM & PURPOSE
Art therapy helps you to develop your creative ability and through the image process you can understand your history, as well as change patterns and your future development.
METHOD
Art Therapy is conducted under an art therapist under the supervision of a licensed psychotherapist and is based on psychodynamic psychotherapy. Methods like mindfulness as well as models from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) are also used.
PAINTING OR PHOTOGRAPHY
You can paint your own pictures based on themes and free creation. You can also use photographs, own photo albums or to take photographs. No previous knowledge is required.
